Corresponds to fine white or gray lines or dots seen on the top of the papular rash and oral mucosal lesions of Lichen planus

  1. striae did not correspond to the scale
  2. striae present on the non-scaly lesions too
  3. whitish lines visible in the papules of lichen planus and other dermatoses,
  4. typically seen in the oral mucosa
