  1. Sinus Rhythm
  2. Anterolateral STEMI
  3. ST segment elevation in anteroseptal and high lateral leads (I, aVL, V1-V3)
  4. Reciprocal ST depression in inferior leads (II, III and aVF).
  5. ECG STEMI.
