- Sinus Rhythm
- Anterolateral STEMI
- ST segment elevation in anteroseptal and high lateral leads (I, aVL, V1-V3)
- Reciprocal ST depression in inferior leads (II, III and aVF).
- ECG STEMI.

Coronary angiography – revealed an ostial occlusion of the left anterior descending artery.
