  • Single-agent doxorubicin is standard first-line chemotherapy for uterine leiomyosarcoma (ULMS). 
  • A diagnosis of smooth muscle tumor of uncertain malignant potential (STUMP) is made when morphologically there are equivocal changes. ER and PR may help differentiate between ULMS and STUMP and leiomyoma.
