A 56 years male smoker patient has complain of dyspnoea on exertion. Echocardiogram shows normal LV Function and a measured TR jet velocity of 3.2 m/s on Doppler echocardiography. The right atrial (RA) pressure is estimated to be 10 mmHg based on IVC (inferior vena cava) assessment.

What is the Pulmonary artery systolic pressure?


Pulmonary artery systolic pressure = RV Systolic pressure [ if there is no obstruction ]
