A 40 years smoker male came to Emmergency department of hospital with chest discomfort which is in the center of chest. He described it to be sense of pressure and squeezing type and the discomfort or pain radiates to the left shoulder and neck. This is associated with sweating and fatigue.
ECG was taken which shows ST Elevaton in I, aVL, V3 to V6
Blood pressure – 80/50 mmHg, Heart Rate- 110/minute, SpO2 -96%,
Echo shows RWMA in anterior wall with severe LV Dysfunction
What should be the next appropriate step?
A. Thrombolysis
B. Wait for cardiac marker results
C. Start Amiodarone infusion
