Chest X-rays and CT image show-
Left upper lobe– solid, round, intracavitary mass in the left upper lobe that is partially calcified and surrounded by a crescent of air called the air crescent sign or Monod sign.
Right upper lobe -There is evidence of old cavitary TB in the right upper lobe.
