Classic ECG criteria for the diagnosis of ST-segment–elevation myocardial infarction warranting thrombolytic therapy are all EXCEPT
[A] ST segment elevation greater than 0.1 mV in at least two contiguous leads
[B] Presumably new left bundle branch block (LBBB)
[C] ST segment elevation greater than 0.05 mV in Lead III
[D] New left bundle branch block (LBBB)

(STEMI), warranting thrombolytic therapy, are ST segment elevation greater than 0.1
mV in at least two contiguous leads (e.g., leads III and aVF or leads V2 and V3) or new
or presumably new left bundle branch block (LBBB).
