  • Shone complex is a rare congenital cardiac malformation characterized by a complex of four obstructive lesions of the left heart:
  • Supravalvular mitral membrane
  • Parachute mitral valve
  • Muscular or membranous subvalvular aortic stenosis
  • Coarctation of aorta.
